Individual washbasin concepts for optimum use of space and niches create a feel-good atmosphere. Whether in office buildings, shopping centers, wellness areas or museums – high-quality individual or custom-made washbasins – also barrier-free – offer a wide range of design options. The newly designed washbasins from the EXOS. System line from KWC Professional are the ideal solution to spatial challenges.
The EXOS. washbasins made of mineral granite (MIRANIT) impress with their flexibility, quality and modern design. The slightly sloping bowls blend seamlessly into the flat washbasin top. The accentuated contours of the bowls harmonize with the striking design of the matching accessories in the range.
MIRANIT unfolds its special advantages with a clear design language, small radii and low material thickness. The stable washbasin material is more impact- and break-resistant than sanitary ceramics. The smooth, non-porous gelcoat surface offers clear advantages in terms of hygiene and cleaning, as dirt and germs hardly find a foothold. If soiling does occur, it can be easily removed with mild, non-abrasive cleaning agents. Any surface damage can be repaired with special repair kits. The pleasantly warm feel of the material impresses users, especially with the integrated recessed grips of the barrier-free washbasin variants.
The selection of EXOS. washbasins ranges from common standard sizes to variable dimensions. Increased comfort, safety and ergonomics have been taken into account in the design, the storage surfaces and the conception of the handle areas in the barrier-free versions.
The new F7 electronic mixer taps – purist elegance
The KWC Professional tap family is getting a perfectly shaped addition. From 2024, the F7 line of electronic floor-standing mixers will be added to the product range for public and commercial washrooms. In combination with the new C module and the associated KWC Smart Connect app, the new electronic mixer taps can be easily parameterized.
The slim F7 mixer body made of high-quality stainless steel impresses with its representative, architectural design. The seamless housing with a brushed surface is particularly hygienic and easy to clean. The touch-free operation via the opto-sensor integrated flush into the tap body is an additional hygiene plus. At the same time, the integrated electronic control enables automatic hygiene flushing 24 hours after the last use, thus ensuring drinking water hygiene.
Another advantage of the new F7 line: thanks to the two sizes with a height of 295 mm and 165 mm respectively, F7 taps can be installed both on conventional washbasins with a tap hole and in combination with countertop washbasins. Both size variants are available as a free-standing mixer with convenient mixing function and as a free-standing valve without mixer. The mixer taps offer an adjustable and non-rotating temperature stop. All mixer tap versions are suitable for external battery and mains operation and can be integrated into the AQUA 3000 open water management system using optional electronic modules.
The so-called connectivity module (C-module) from the accessories range enables the tap to be controlled and parameterized independently of the power supply via battery or mains. The C module provides a direct connection between the fitting and the app. With the help of a clip integrated into the module housing, the module can be connected directly to the tap cable under the washbasin.
The new KWC Smart Connect app allows up to 100 faucets to be securely networked wirelessly with password protection. This means that grouped tap functions are already possible at the sanitary room level without additional investment in higher-level control hardware. Individual settings such as water flow time or sensor range can be parameterized. General information, e.g. on battery status, is displayed and relevant statistical data can be read out and saved.
