At the Schlottermilch traffic circle in Sursee, the Solaris building impresses as an innovative office building with a sustainable approach. Instead of completely demolishing the old building, the existing structure was sensibly integrated into the new design. The result is a harmonious combination of old and new that conserves resources and blends the building perfectly into its surroundings.
The four-storey Solaris building offers a modern working environment on around 1,500 square meters of office space and contains a parking garage for 15 vehicles, which are served by a space-saving car lift. Outdoor parking spaces complete the offer for visitors. In addition to the office space, a 3.5-room apartment has also been integrated into the construction project.
With this project, the Bringhen Group as material supplier is setting a strong example for modern and ecological construction.
