ISO certification since 1997

The Bringhen Group has been certified to ISO 9002 since June 1997, and to ISO 9001:2015 since 2018.

Our company objectives are closely linked to this certification. As a third-generation family business, we believe that the Bringhen Group can only continue to develop successfully through customer-oriented top performance, and by continuously improving and updating our products and services in close collaboration with our customers and suppliers.

VSV quality seal

The «Onlineshop by Bringhen Group» (since winter 2012) is one of the leading Swiss online mail-order and e-commerce companies. As a member of the «VSV» (Association of Swiss Mail Order Companies), we guarantee our corporate and private customers a safe shopping experience in mail order. Several times a year, we carry out attractive online promotions that are exclusively available through our online shop.

EMOTA quality seal

The European e-commerce umbrella association EMOTA (European Multi-channel and Online Trust Association), to which the VSV is also affiliated, enables safe purchasing in mail order on an international level. The awarding of the EMOTA quality seal requires a code of conduct and ensures a high level of protection for the consumer. Information about the merchants, products, and prices should be presented clearly and in a structured manner, and attention is also paid to the protection of personal data and secure payment transactions. The awarding of the quality seal is transparent: the inspection, necessary improvements, and ultimately the award are documented and can be viewed. If an EMOTA quality seal is awarded to a merchant, any relevant problems are communicated to them and must be resolved promptly. In case of non-compliance with the code of conduct or in case of insolvency, the quality seal can be revoked.
